Mr. McCue provides expertise in the development and execution of complex solutions, cyber security, technology management, global operations, technology and project/business delivery transformation.

Leading the establishment of both CISO and CIO structures for divesture of a $7B Services Division. Providing Program Advisory services and Cyber Security Leadership as a Cleared Professional to Commercial and Defense Industrial Base companies; co-chairs/presents at Georgetown Law School’s Cyber Institute; developed/implemented for a Fortune 150 division a “Security by Design” Program restructuring the security organization and practices for this multi-billion dollar BPO, ITS, ITO unit.

Managed a Fortune 175 global environment and application portfolio - budget $500M / 1,800 FTEs - support over 500k federated users, product development across multiple platforms including finance, healthcare, government and mobile apps - leveraged infrastructure including 700+ TB storage, 23,000 Mbps backbone bandwidth, 570 voice switches, 800+ firewalls, 5 service desks, 6,000+ servers (60% virtualized) and hundreds of global applications. Deployed SAP (Finance, HCM, SCM, SF, BW, …) across 80 countries.

Provided NAIFA (national non-profit association) advisory services for a new digital web presence, conducted an IT operations review and provided IS mentoring.

Delivering advisory and operational services associated with firm-wide global program assurance for Xerox; improving project execution of multiple large scale engagements with TCV >$1B USD. Developed and Led Business Transformation establishing 5,000 FTE $500M application development and system integration division.
