Avi Arthur
President
Avi Arthur, is President of CAUSA Talent Source. He has been with CAUSA Talent since the firm started and has been instrumental is driving business and growing the firm. Avi has been in the recruiting industry since 1995 and brings a successful track record of providing top quality financial and accounting talent to our clients. In his more than twenty-five years of recruiting experience, Avi has developed a broad network of CEOs, CFOs and other executives who have come to rely on his unique ability to recruit those “hard to find” professionals. During his career, Avi has been a top performer for several national recruitment firms. For a period of several years, he had his own firm, Career Minders, that developed a reputation for placing outstanding talent in the federal contracting industry. Avi is known for his outstanding customer service, his ethical approach to recruitment and his ability to apply great judgement in selecting recruited candidates for his clients. Avi’s operating philosophy aligns perfectly with the operating philosophy of CAUSA Talent Source. Avi graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a BS degree in Bio Chemistry. His initial experience was gained as an Assistant Manager with a national company. Avi lives in Haymarket and enjoys spending time with his family and attending his son’s athletic events.
